This premium Kokuto Shochu, crafted from estate-grown organic brown sugar and fermented with traditional rice koji, is carefully aged in Spanish sherry casks.

It reveals a luxurious profile of concentrated sweetness reminiscent of raisins and dried fruits, layered with the deep umami of kokuto. The sherry cask influence adds depth, subtle spice, and a refined floral aroma, making this the most expressive and elegant release in the series.

With its 42% ABV, it offers both richness and structure—ideal for sipping neat or over ice, while also performing beautifully in spirit-forward cocktails.
