From Create Waybill until DHL receives the consignment, it is transported to Osaka by ferry and land transport. The transit time is approximately two days, so there is no need to worry as the shipment data will be updated once it arrives at the DHL facility.
ODD (On Demand Delivery) information is delivered to the customer's e-mail, allowing them to specify the date and time of receipt or change the pick-up location.
The earliest delivery schedule after receipt of DHL consignment is the next day for Asia, and the day after for North America and the EU.

If there is a typhoon approaching the Amami region, ferry services may be suspended.
