For items in stock, shipments will be made the day after payment is completed. (local time priority)

【POST Services】

Free Shipping is available for some items.
Tracking has been added to the Postal Service, whereas previously the service was only untraceable.

Customers may be required to take action at the time of import customs clearance.
Please note that we are not able to provide this service.

When using the postal service, please allow 14 to 30 days lead time from shipment to delivery.

Please note that free return shipping service is not added.

【Courier Services】
Transport is via DHL Express.（Due to different customs clearance, the P.R China and Brasil will ship via EMS）

Shipping will be from DHL Express remote area. Please allow several days after shipment (after the waybill is created) for the shipment to be reflected in DHL's tracking system.
Approximate lead time from receipt of order to delivery
Asia Pacific: Approx. 3-5 days
US / CA / EU: Approx. 4-6 days
Oceania: 5-7 days
MIDDLE EAST / AFRICA / South America: 6-8 days

P.R China may be around 7 days
Brasil may be around 18days

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.
Depending on the regulations of the destination country, there may be cases in which the acceptance is not permitted.
Taxes and duties incurred at the time of importation, if any, are to be paid by the consignee.
In the event of damage or loss of baggage, compensation will be made in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions of carriage if you have not purchased transportation insurance. Max 1kg=19SDR (Approx. USD25.00)
Depending on the contents, there may be cases where we are unable to accept the consignment or import customs clearance may not be possible in the receiving country. In such cases, please be aware that the goods may be disposed of. (Transportation charges are non-refundable.)
Products that fall under the category of airline dangerous goods or those prohibited by law cannot be accepted for consignment.
For shipments with tracking numbers, please cooperate with the consignee to inquire with the local carrier.
Customs duties, value-added taxes, and other import taxes may apply, as determined by the customs authorities of each country. In addition, there may be cases where shipments sent separately are not duty-free. Please contact the customs agent in the host country before your shipment arrives.
