Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at mail@amamiislandstyle.com to arrange a refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchased date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Returns or exchanges are handled on a per case basis. A 10% restocking fee applies for returns due to change of mind. The sale of custom made items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded once the process has started after purchase.
RENTALS
In the event that the rental does not meet the conditions of the vehicle type, accessories, etc. reserved by the customer, the customer will be notified in advance. In the case of the preceding item, if it is possible to rent a vehicle that does not meet the conditions reserved by the customer, the rental will be rented to the customer under conditions that differ from those reserved.
CANCELLATION
Please note that even if a reservation has been made, the rental may be cancelled due to vehicle maintenance or breakdowns. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by 6:00 p.m. the day before the reservation date, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you do not contact us in advance and you are a no show, one hour past the scheduled reserved time will be treated as a cancellation.
